Información sobre Mürren
Mid-13th century Murren was first mentioned in documents as debris flows. Another hundred years later it was called Murn.
Murren was the venue for the 1931 and 1935 Alpine World Ski Championships. Murren is held annually in the winter the longest downhill ski race in the world for professionals and amateurs take place, the legendary Inferno race. Annually in August Mürren is additionally also the venue of the famous Inferno Triathlon, which ends at the Schilthorn.
